Famly Number: text message opt-in

Famly Number gives one household a shared phone number and email address to put on school forms. Messages sent to that number are forwarded by text to the phones of the parents in that household.

Who receives texts

Only the parents who set up the account. During setup, the account owner enters their own mobile number and the mobile numbers of other adults in their household, and confirms: "I agree to receive forwarded school messages and a daily summary by SMS at this number. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help."

What is sent

No marketing. Message frequency depends on how often schools contact the family, typically under 30 messages a month.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or email support@famlynumber.app.
